Before you continue

PHRP is a personal health research tool, currently in beta — not a clinical tool and not a substitute for medical advice: nothing it produces should inform a medical decision.

Only you can see your own individual data, plus whoever administers this platform. That person can also see de-identified, aggregate patterns across everyone who's connected data — in that view you appear only as an assigned label like “P1”, never by name or email — and every time it's accessed, that's recorded in an audit log.

De-identified isn't the same as anonymous: your health data itself carries no name or email at all (it's keyed to a random ID), and your email is encrypted and stored separately from it — but the platform still keeps an encrypted link between your identity and your account, since that's what makes signing in, exporting your data, and deleting your account possible. If that distinction matters to you, treat this as pseudonymous, not anonymous.

You can request a full export of your data, or permanently delete your account and everything in it, at any time — both take effect immediately, not on request.
